A 12-day journaling exploration of strokes, recognition, and the ways we learn to be seen

In Transactional Analysis, a “stroke” is a unit of recognition. It is any acknowledgment that tells us we’ve been seen. We learn very early how to get them, and those early patterns tend to stay with us: how we ask for attention, how we respond when it’s withheld, what we’ve decided counts as “enough.”

Attention, Please! takes this idea apart over 12 days. You’ll join a WhatsApp group and receive one prompt a day, each preceded by a short teaching setting up the idea before you write.

Together, the prompts work through positive and negative strokes, conditional and unconditional strokes, strokes for being and strokes for doing, tracing how we seek, give, receive, distort, and sometimes avoid recognition, and then go further than most first introductions to strokes usually do.

There’s no set writing length or format to follow. Each prompt is meant to be sat with for a few minutes a day, not treated as an assignment.

Each time this happens, it unfortunately prevents someone else who is genuinely interested from taking that seat, as it is often too late to offer it to someone else.

In light of this, we’d like to clearly share our refund, transfer, and certification policy so that there’s mutual understanding and respect between us.

We ask that you read the terms below carefully and confirm your agreement to proceed with the workshop.

Refund & Transfer Policy (Please read carefully):

Fees once paid are non-refundable.

- If you are unable to attend the session you registered for due to personal or professional reasons, Rs. 5000/- will be deducted to cover venue booking costs.
- This means that to participate in a future TA 101 session, you will be required to pay an additional Rs. 5000/-
- We can move your registration to one of the next two TA 101 sessions, ONLY if you notify us at least 15 working days in advance (by Oct 23rd).
- The two upcoming sessions you can transfer to are:

Feb 9, 10 2027

Next slot to be decided in March/May
If you do not notify us 15 days prior, regardless of the reason (including emergencies), the amount will be forfeited.
If you are unable to attend either of the two subsequent sessions, the amount will also be forfeited.
If you attend only one day of the workshop, the fees cannot be transferred and you will not be eligible to attend future sessions using that payment.
Certificates of Completion will be issued only to those who attend both full days of the program.

TA 101 September 2026: Refund & Transfer Policy

Dear Participant,

We have limited seats for this workshop and over some sessions, we’ve experienced a number of last-minute dropouts from the TA 101 workshop. Each time this happens, it unfortunately prevents someone else who is genuinely interested from taking that seat, as it is often too late to offer it to someone else.
