Shipping Policy
Since we offer digital workshops, webinars, and online courses, there is no physical shipping involved. The policy below outlines our delivery terms for digital services:
- Service Delivery:
- Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email along with a Zoom/Google Meet link or access credentials for the workshop.
- Delivery of access credentials will be via email provided during registration.
- Confirmation Timeline:
- You will receive your confirmation email within 48 hours of booking.
- If you do not receive an email within 48 hours, please contact us immediately at programs@theschoolofyou.in.
- Rescheduling Policy:
- If a session is postponed by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified by email, and a new date will be offered.
- International Participants:
- The delivery of online workshop links is the same for domestic and international participants. No additional charges apply.
