Each of us has constructed a narrative identityโan internalized and evolving life storyโthat explains how we became the person we are, and where our life might go in the future.
We invite you to this two day workshop where you not just look at your narrative through the lens of the Heroโs Journey, but develop the capacity to help others with theirs, as a leader or a coach.
UNDERSTANDING THE HERO’S JOURNEY
The Heroโs Journey was developed by Joseph Campbell and inspired by the insights of Carl Jung. It draws from myths and legends spanning millennia and culturesโfrom Siberia to India, from the Australian Aborigines to the Old Testament heroes, Polynesian demigods, and ancient Greek myths. Despite the diversity of these stories, they all follow the same underlying pattern. This timeless narrative reflects the universal human experience of overcoming challenges, undergoing transformation, and emerging stronger.
In leadership and coaching, this framework offers profound insights into personal development, organizational change, and the guidance of others through transformation.
