Bringing to you 10 short podcast episodes in Hindi, each 4–6 minutes long, so these therapy-room stories can reach more people in a language that feels like home. They explore the beliefs we carry, the expectations we inherit, the silent self-doubt that shapes our choices, and the patterns that play out in our relationships. Each episode gently unpacks what’s happening beneath the surface and leaves you with something to reflect on.
These podcasts are inspired by the book And How Do You Feel About That by Aruna Gopakumar and Yashodhara Lal.
The book is a collection of short stories drawn from therapy conversations. Through characters like Ravi, who begins questioning beliefs that no longer serve him, couples navigating unspoken expectations, or individuals struggling with food, identity, and self-worth, the stories make emotional patterns visible and relatable. Readers from many walks of life — students, grandparents, therapists, and lifelong learners — have found these stories relatable and comforting.
At the heart of these stories is Transactional Analysis (TA) — a therapeutic framework by Eric Berne designed to make complex psychological ideas simple and accessible. Concepts like injunctions, strokes, and the Parent–Adult–Child model are woven naturally into everyday situations, helping readers understand themselves without feeling overwhelmed by theory.
Transactional Analysis was always meant to be accessible. Its diagrams simplified profound ideas. Through storytelling, this book made those ideas even more human.
And now, we are taking that accessibility one step further. Our hope is simple: that more Hindi-speaking listeners can access these ideas, reflect on their own stories, and perhaps see themselves a little more clearly.
